CASSA believes that teaching at its best should be dynamic, innovative and ambitious, providing a personalised yet holistic education

Delivering a better teaching system

The ethos of CASSA is a collaborative one where every partner is totally committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for all students. We believe this is best achieved when primary and secondary schools work closely together with a shared understanding of their students. Through-phase co-operation in delivering success is a key characteristic of our alliance.

We also work closely with other key partners including the University of Cambridge Faculty of Education, Suffolk & Norfolk Initial Teacher Training, Cambridgeshire County Council and Suffolk County Council in order to provide and deliver Teacher Training, Professional Development, School to School Support and Research & Development.
